Music Lessons and Mentorship Sessions for Prospective Applicants

Are you interested in Music Lessons or Mentorship Sessions? The 39th Army Band offers Music Lessons and Mentorship Sessions for qualified prospective applicants! 

Qualifications: 

• Applicants must be over the age of 16 years old with parental consent if under the age of 18 years old

• Must have musical knowledge of how to play the instrument of choice and how to read musical notation 

• Lessons and Mentorship sessions will be one hour in length and offered one weekend a month

• Please inquire via email at booking@39tharmyband.com

• Lessons and Mentorship sessions are by appointment only 

• Individuals seeking lessons must have their own instruments and equipment 

• Lessons and Mentorship Sessions are provided at no charge 

What is the difference between Music Lessons and Mentorship Sessions? 

Music Lessons are one-on-one with our most qualified musicians aimed to provide specific feedback on individual musicianship 

Mentorship Sessions are small group workshops aimed to build community and develop specific ensemble skills such as improvisation
