Chief Montenegro was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Ecuador, before moving to Manchester, NH. He has been the commander of the 39th Army Band from December 2020 to the Present and is the Internal Review Chief of the New Hampshire Army National Guard. Chief plays the Electric Guitar in our Rock Band and enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family on trips.
