MEET THE BAND

CW2 Franklin Montenegro

Chief Montenegro was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Ecuador, before moving to Manchester, NH. He has been the commander of the 39th Army Band from December 2020 to the Present and is the Internal Review Chief of the New Hampshire Army National Guard. Chief plays the Electric Guitar in our Rock Band and enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family on trips.

1SG Timothy Bruneau

1SG Bruneau is a NH native, born in Nashua, raised in Rochester and a longtime resident of Concord NH. He has been the First Sergeant since January 2026 to the present and works in the G-1 as a Senior Human Resources NCO. He has a wife and two sons. 1SG plays percussion in the Brass Band and enjoys a life of faith and frequent trips to Walt Disney World.

MSG Jeremy Dingman

MSG Jeremy Dingman is a recent addition to the band, having served the last 21 years in Aviation, Infantry, Field Artillery, and Ordnance branches. While he primarily specializes in drums and percussion, he also plays clarinet, guitar, and vocals! Outside the Army he plays drums in several rock and metal bands, does musical theater as an actor and vocalist, and audio engineering for theaters and churches.

SFC Rayanna Boewe

SFC Rayanna Boewe is a Saxophonist from Canterbury, New Hampshire. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire and now works in the civilian sector. In her free time SFC Boewe enjoys spending time with her husband, cats, and perfecting her art.

SFC Alexandria Tichy

SFC Alexandria Tichy is one of our Flute and Piccolo players. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.A. in Flute performance. In her free time SFC Tichy enjoys spending time with family and reconnecting with nature while riding her horse.

SFC Chazz Rogers

SFC Chazz Rogers is a multifaceted musician who performs on bass guitar, saxophone, guitar, and flute! He is the band director for Hollis-Brookline High School and earned his B.M. in Music Education from the University of New Hampshire. In his free time he enjoys drinking seltzer water, hiking, and advocating for public transportation.
